Season Seven is the seventh season of S.W.A.T.. On May 8, 2023, CBS announced the renewal of S.W.A.T. for the 2023-24 TV season. This season has premiered on February 16 and has concluded on May 17, 2024.

On May 8, 2023, after outcry from fans regarding its cancellation, CBS eventually reversed its decision to reinstate the series for a seventh and final season with 13 episodes.^[1]
- On April 11, 2024, due to the reverse decisions of the final season, CBS eventually reinstate the series for an eighth season with 22 episodes
This season will retain for Fridays staring at 8:00PM.^[2]
However, CBS chose to delay the seventh season to the 2023–24 mid-season (set to premiere in Winter 2024), in order to make room on that season's fall schedule for unscripted series Lotería Loca, due to the ongoing writers and SAG-AFTRA strike.^[3]
The series would film in Los Angeles in November-December 2023, after being completed last the month of March of this year due to the ongoing writers and SAG-AFTRA strike.^[4]
The seventh season has premiered on February 16, 2024.^[5]
This season also marked Anna Enger Ritch has promoted to a series regular.^[6]
