Nichelle Carmichael-Harrelson (née Carmichael) is a worker at the local community center and love interest of Hondo and mother of Vivian, appearing in Season 3 of the reboot series of S.W.A.T.. As of season 6, she is also a police performance auditor with the Office of the Inspector General.

She is portrayed by Rochelle Aytes.

Biography[]

Nichelle was very much an active member of the community. She first met Hondo when they cross paths helping an injured man which followed a pursuit of armed robbery suspects whom Hondo was chasing after. They then go on to work together in helping out their community in every way possible. She agreed to move in with Hondo after realizing how happy they can be. As of Season 5, she has become pregnant with Hondo's first child, a girl, the in season 6, she has a daughter named Vivianne. At the end of season 6, she and Hondo are now engaged after baptized to Vivian. At the start of Season 7, it is revealed that Hondo and Nichelle are husband and wife, indicating that the two got married.

Personality[]

Nichelle is an independent and strong woman. She knows what she wants. She is also very sensitive; her relationship with Hondo is a good example for that: they help each other and listen to the problems they have. She is very respectful and wise.
