Summary[]
When a serial killer from Luca's past who was thought to have been killed in an explosion two years ago resurfaces, the SWAT team must capture him, this time for good. Meanwhile, Hondo grows more concerned about Buck as he begins to descend into depression following his firing.

- The terms Halligan and Hooligan are used interchangeably, which refer to a breaching tool which originated in the New York Fire Department. It consists of a claw, tapered pick, and an angled blade, or adze. The claw and or pick can be used to forcibly open a door, and the adze is used to break it down.
- When Street finds Buck at the bowling alley, the song "Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Conditions Was In)" by Kenny Rogers is heard playing in the background. The song has become popularized for its use in The Big Lebowski during The Dude's hallucination scene.
