Summary[]
When a violent shooting rocks a Los Angeles nightclub, Hondo and 20-Squad are thrust into the dark world of sex trafficking, going head-to-head with a notorious biker club as they race to find a missing girl. Meanwhile, a figure from Alfaro's past resurfaces, raising the question of whether his wounds run too deep for forgiveness, and deputy chief Bennett pushes commander Hicks to the breaking point.

- Despite being credited Anna Enger Ritch do not appear in this episode.
- This is the last S.W.A.T. episode to air in the 10 pm slot as episodes 9 to 18 for this season will air in the 9 pm slot starting with the following episode.

- Leticia Bennett is expected to name her as new leader of LAPD SWAT to replace Hicks.
